Fluid art involves layering several colours of acrylic paint with other liquids and then applying these to the prepared surface. There are various mediums and techniques, all of which are very different. Changing the ingredients, the order in which they are applied, and the method of application will significantly change the desired effects such as cloud effect, cells, Dutch Pour and Bloom. These various techniques can be seen in the works below.
